Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and building strong, therapeutic relationships that adhere to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, coordinate upcoming appointments, and facilitate transitions or discharges when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and assess person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes to track client experiences and ensure continuity of care.
  • Undertake intake assessments to properly gauge client needs and optimize treatment strategies.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, using evidence-based practices to address mental health challenges.
  • Engage in individual supervision meetings to reflect on clinical practice and receive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, promoting an integrated approach to client care that enhances treatment outcomes.

Qualifications
