• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather comprehensive data regarding clients' mental health history, individual challenges, strengths, and relevant resources.
• Provide individualized therapy, which includes conducting one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing proven evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate client-centered goals and actionable interventions aimed at fostering mental health recovery and growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for the clients.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning, providing immediate support and resources for high-risk situations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care.
• Lead psychoeducation groups and support sessions, focusing on providing students with tools to manage their mental health effectively.

In this position, you will primarily work with students ranging from elementary to high school age who face various mental health challenges. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong aptitude for evidence-based therapeutic modalities and proven treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment capabilities effective in engaging with clients and families.

• Training or certification in specialized therapeutic techniques applicable to youth mental health.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
