Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)
This is a remote contract opportunity supporting Financial Crime Compliance and Know Your Customer operations. The assignment is currently scheduled through 09/30/2026, with potential extension after internal approvals. The role offers exposure to KYC onboarding, periodic review, customer due diligence, alert support, and audit-ready compliance documentation within a regulated financial services setting.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Support KYC onboarding and periodic review activities by collecting, validating, and reviewing customer documentation.
- Assist with customer due diligence and risk assessment processes aligned to financial crime compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate client records and help ensure customer information is complete, current, and audit-ready.
- Partner with compliance officers and relationship managers to resolve documentation gaps, deficiencies, or missing information.
- Monitor alerts and assist with preliminary review of potential financial crime concerns.
- Contribute to internal reporting, audit support, and adherence to FCC policies and procedures.
- Handle sensitive customer and compliance information with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
Are you an experienced KYC and AML compliance professional ready to make an impact?
- Senior-level experience supporting KYC, AML, customer due diligence, or financial crime compliance processes.
- Strong understanding of KYC onboarding, periodic reviews, client documentation, and risk-based due diligence.
- Familiarity with FCC regulatory expectations, AML frameworks, and internal compliance controls.
- Experience working with compliance systems, documentation workflows, and client record maintenance.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information in a controlled, confidential manner.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across compliance, business, and relationship management teams.
