Job description

PositionSummary
Manage all related activities for specified tier one electronics customers world-wide. Act as key customer contact for any Nippon Sanso Matheson or NSHD affiliate customer needs and report on all relevant customer activities to the Director of Sales Electronics Strategic Accounts.
PositionAccountabilities
Help develop and achieve regular revenue and operating income goals.
Conduct and oversee regular customer meetings to review new opportunities, quality issues, inventory challenges, change control items, process control reviews or any other customer needs.
Work with customer to provide regular customer forecast to our product management and planning teams.
Regularly monitor gross margins relating to your assigned strategic accounts to assess profitability and improve gross margins, including implementing price increases as appropriate.
Make sales calls on a regular basis in order to strengthen MTG/Customer relations at multiple levels within the relevant strategic accounts.
Send timely reports to management team, e.g. monthly reports, rolling forecast, annual budget.
Prepare quotations, RFI responses and presentations to address customer needs and new opportunities.
Prepare and update regularly a strategic plan and organization overview for assigned strategic accounts.
Network at multiple levels within strategic accounts to connect executive, operations, quality, metrology and technology development groups between the companies.
Remote Position - Salary Range $150,000 to $200,000
