  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, providing a strong foundational knowledge for therapeutic practice.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to foster trust and rapport with clients, and effectively convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Empathy and a compassionate approach toward clients' experiences, ensuring a client-centered, supportive therapeutic atmosphere.
  • Strong organizational abilities that facilitate efficient management of caseloads and adherence to administrative processes.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience delivering telehealth services, demonstrating proficiency with virtual communication platforms and an understanding of the unique dynamics involved in teletherapy.
  • Work experience focusing on trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices.
  • Familiarity with treatment modalities for specific populations or issues, such as children, couples, or addiction.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
  • Access to robust benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and continuing education reimbursements.
  • Flexible scheduling options that support a work-life balance, particularly important in a remote working environment.
