Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through detailed psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, diligently identifying patient needs and potential risks for intervention.
• Partner with patients to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual goals, life experiences, and cultural backgrounds, ensuring that all care delivered is respectful and appropriate.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), using these methods in individual and group therapy sessions.
• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care, especially for patients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with the clinic’s policies and regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment modifications.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage their situations effectively.
• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide integrated care and optimal outcomes for patients.
• Regularly conduct outcome assessments to gauge the effectiveness of treatment and make necessary adjustments to improve care plans.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health to continuously improve therapy techniques and contribute to the team’s collective knowledge base.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of patient information at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will serve a diverse client population within the community health clinic, including individuals experiencing various mental health challenges. You will work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, creating an inclusive atmosphere that values each client’s unique background and circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 84,000, reflecting factors such as geographic location, individual work experience, education, and specific skills. We offer a robust benefits package that includes:
