Marvin Behavioral Health & Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Copperas Cove, Texas. This position is designed to promote a flexible work setting, allowing for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week within a hybrid model that includes remote work tailored to the needs of our staff and clients. By utilizing our state-of-the-art electronic medical record (EMR) system, therapists can efficiently manage client information while enjoying fully furnished office spaces that support a comfortable work-life balance. • Provide therapeutic services through individual and couples sessions, applying evidence-based practices to address a diverse array of clinical concerns.
• Efficiently complete clinical documentation and maintain timely notes in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage scheduling for ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring an updated calendar that allows for optimal client access and coordination.
• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists to share insights, treatment strategies, and foster a supportive team atmosphere.
• Utilize a billing service for seamless claims processing, ensuring a smooth administrative workflow regarding client accounts and insurance claims.

The ideal candidate will provide therapy for a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. You will engage with clients presenting with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, requiring an adaptable therapeutic approach tailored to individual client needs. Your contributions will play a critical role in enhancing client outcomes and promoting emotional well-being.

• A valid LCSW license in Texas, permitting independent practice.
• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Professionalism, including strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competence, and excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage time effectively and maintain a full caseload.
• Ability to create a safe, welcoming space for clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Significant training and/or experience in couples therapy will be strongly considered.
• A proven track record of collaborating effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses. As a W2 employee, you can expect the following benefits:
