Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic services through individual and couples sessions, applying evidence-based practices to address a diverse array of clinical concerns.
  • Efficiently complete clinical documentation and maintain timely notes in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage scheduling for ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring an updated calendar that allows for optimal client access and coordination.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow therapists to share insights, treatment strategies, and foster a supportive team atmosphere.
  • Utilize a billing service for seamless claims processing, ensuring a smooth administrative workflow regarding client accounts and insurance claims.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will provide therapy for a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. You will engage with clients presenting with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, requiring an adaptable therapeutic approach tailored to individual client needs. Qualifications
  • A valid LCSW license in Texas, permitting independent practice.
  • A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage time effectively and maintain a full caseload.

Preferred Experience
