Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities aligned with each client's unique needs and treatment objectives.
• Perform comprehensive assessments including biopsychosocial evaluations to inform treatment and develop personalized therapy plans that facilitate effective problem-solving.
• Document treatment progress through detailed notes that encompass weekly goal-setting, treatment strategies, and discharge planning, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Facilitate aftercare planning for clients upon discharge, collaborating with families and outside clinicians to promote lasting recovery.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions that enhance collective knowledge and improve service delivery for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with trauma-affected individuals, couples experiencing relational difficulties, and families seeking support for various emotional and mental health challenges. Our client base is diverse, representing multiple backgrounds and psychological needs. You will employ a trauma-informed care approach to build trust and rapport, ensuring that all clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing journeys.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• A current, active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by the State of California.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical or medical environment is required.
• Proficient in maintaining professional boundaries and protecting client confidentiality at all times.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, enabling effective therapy and collaboration with team members and clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in both group and individual therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, our organization provides:
