As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Valley of Lily Psychotherapy Services, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing timely documentation that meets regulatory standards, including crisis and pre-crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with the clinical team to continually monitor and adjust treatment approaches.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans.
• Actively participating in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and uphold the quality of care.

Your work will center on a diverse clientele encompassing individuals with various mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. You will leverage your clinical expertise and empathetic listening skills to build trust with clients, guiding them through their recovery journey. Candidates for the Licensed Mental Health Counselor position must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship within a mental health setting.
• Eligibility for licensing by the State of Washington.
• A valid driver's license in good standing for any potential travel related to client consultations or community engagement.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with clients and collaborate effectively within the clinical team.
