This is a paid internship, at competitive rates. The Memorial Day and 4th of July holidays are paid days off.
CNO Financial Group is hiring a Reporting Analyst Intern to work alongside our experienced Consumer Finance associates, assisting with professional day-to-day work within the department.
Core responsibilities and deliverables:
  • Participate in requirements elicitation meetings.
  • Document the requirements using different techniques.
  • Collaborate with business and development teams.
  • Triage testing defects as related to requirements.
  • Participate in and contribute to project status meetings.

What you need (Minimum requirements):
  • Progress towards a bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
  • Status as a rising junior or rising senior, approx. graduation dates of December 2027-June 2029.
  • Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
  • Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone is preferred OR willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours.
  • Foundational analytical, critical-thinking, and reasoning skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal, consultative skills and facilitation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized and effective time management skills.

The CNO 2027 internship program will run May 17 through August 06, 2027.
