Job Description:
The UiPath Developer / Power BI Developer will support the J62LB Enterprise Testing Office in advancing Enterprise-wide automation, automated testing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and reporting initiatives across enterprise platforms including SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, and other emerging technologies. The position is responsible for developing automation solutions, supporting automated testing activities, creating enterprise dashboards and reporting capabilities, and designing Proofs of Concept (PoCs) that improve testing efficiency, operational visibility, and process standardization across the Program Executive Office (PEO).
The successful candidate will support enterprise modernization initiatives through the development of UiPath automations, Power BI dashboards, automated defect tracking solutions, and data-driven reporting capabilities while assisting leadership with technology evaluations, process improvements, and automation strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • UiPath Automation Development
    • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath RPA solutions supporting enterprise testing and business process automation initiatives.
    • Develop reusable automation workflows and components for enterprise applications including SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, and related platforms.
    • Support automation of regression testing, performance testing, defect tracking, and reporting activities.
    • Troubleshoot and optimize existing RPA workflows to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
    • Assist with implementing AI-enabled automation capabilities and intelligent process automation solutions.
  • Power BI Reporting & Dashboard Development
    • Design and develop enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations supporting testing operations and automation initiatives.
    • Create executive-level reporting solutions that provide visibility into:
      • Defect tracking metrics
      • Automation testing status
      • Performance testing results
      • Enterprise automation maturity
      • Operational trends and KPIs
    • Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems including ServiceNow, Excel, SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise platforms.
    • Develop automated reporting and analytics solutions to support leadership decision-making.
  • Prototyping & Proofs of Concept (PoC)
    • Develop and support Proofs of Concept (PoCs), pilot projects, and prototype solutions for automation testing tools, AI technologies, and RPA platforms.
    • Evaluate emerging automation technologies and demonstrate operational feasibility, benefits, and scalability.
    • Assist with technology research, market analysis, and automation tool evaluations.
    • Support implementation roadmaps and enterprise adoption strategies for new automation solutions.
  • Automated Testing & Enterprise Support
    • Support Enterprise automated testing activities utilizing:
      • UiPath RPA
      • ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
      • Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS)
      • AI-enabled testing tools and automation platforms
    • Assist with the development and standardization of enterprise testing processes, procedures, and automation strategies.
    • Support enterprise defect tracking and workflow automation solutions.
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation modernization efforts.
  • Research, Documentation & Communication
    • Conduct technical research and assist in evaluating automated testing tools, AI capabilities, and RPA technologies.
    • Prepare technical documentation, white papers, reports, presentations, and implementation recommendations.
    • Support leadership briefings and communicate automation trends, implementation results, and technical findings.
    • Participate in train-the-trainer sessions and knowledge-sharing activities across the Enterprise.
Required Experience in years:
  • 2+ years of experience developing UiPath RPA solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Education Requirements:
  • BS Preferred

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of:
    • UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
    • Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
Preferred Skills:
  • DHS Trusted Tester Certification
  • Experience with Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS).
  • Experience conducting Proofs of Concept (PoCs) or pilot technology demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with Excel automation, APIs, and data connectors.
  • Relevant certifications such as:
    • UiPath Certified Professional
    • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate
    • ServiceNow Certification
    • Agile or Scrum certification
  • Familiarity with 508 Accessability requirements
  • Familiarity with 508 and / or Software Testing methodologies
