Olympia is hiring a Junior Business Technology & Automation Specialist, an early career role for someone who loves helping people use technology and wants to grow into automation and workflow improvement.

Youโ€™ll be the internal front end to our managed IT/security partner (Advantage Technology), supporting users, improving Microsoft 365 adoption, and helping build automations that make work easier across a 325 employee, multibranch company.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Help users with everyday Microsoft 365 questions (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Triage support requests and escalate cleanly to Advantage when needed.
  • Build simple workflows using Power Automate, Forms, Lists, and Planner.
  • Document common issues and create user friendly guides.
  • Identify manual work that should be automated.
  • Support adoption of Copilot and other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Work with departments to understand how work gets done and where processes can improve.

Youโ€™re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 1 to 3 years in IT support, help desk, operations support, or business systems.
