Streetsense is seeking an experienced Junior Architect with strong Revit capabilities to support our Interior Architecture team in translating design concepts into accurate, high-quality technical drawings. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of drafting experience within interior design or architecture, with a preference for candidates who have worked on multifamily or hospitality projects. This role requires exceptional technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with designers and project managers to bring design intent to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce detailed Revit drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, millwork details, and overall documentation required for design and construction.
  • Translate conceptual design direction, sketches, and markups into coordinated, buildable technical drawings.
  • Maintain and update Revit models throughout all project phases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project standards.
  • Support interior designers with documentation needs such as finish plans, RCPs, interior details, and coordination drawings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to integrate technical information, resolve conflicts, and ensure drawing completeness.
  • Adhere to project deadlines and quality standards while managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Assist in organizing drawing sets for client presentations, permit submissions, and construction packages.
  • Follow established BIM standards and contribute to continuous improvement of drafting processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional drafting experience in an interior design or architectural environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit is required.
  • Experience in multifamily or hospitality design strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding of interior construction, detailing, materials, and building systems.
  • Ability to interpret design intent and develop clear, coordinated technical drawings.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and other design documentation tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn from senior team members.
  • Degree or certificate in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field preferred.
