Journey Recovery Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide impactful therapeutic services to our diverse clientele. This position operates in a fully remote work setting, allowing you flexibility while effectively serving clients from various backgrounds in the comfort of their own environments. • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's goals.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide immediate support during crisis situations, guiding clients through acute mental health emergencies and ensuring their safety.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records using our secure digital system, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client’s wellbeing.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment strategies, and available community resources, empowering individuals to advocate for their own needs.
• Remain engaged in professional development through ongoing training, workshops, and peer supervision to ensure the highest quality of care.

The clients you will work with at Journey Recovery encompass a broad spectrum of backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health struggles. We emphasize providing culturally competent care, recognizing the unique challenges various populations may encounter. You will engage with clients from diverse age groups and demographics, ensuring tailored therapeutic approaches that resonate with their specific needs.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW is preferred).
• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrable clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or counseling setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
• Strong ethical grounding and commitment to best practices in mental health therapy.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting is highly desirable.
• Previous involvement in treatment for diverse mental health disorders is an asset.
• Competence in applying various evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
