Job Overview
We are seeking an Associate Director, Software Development Engineering to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise CRM platform capabilities supporting patient access services. This is a highly hands-on leadership role combining technical direction, software architecture, and people management.

You will define and evolve capabilities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned to patient and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead CRM platform architecture, design, and SDLC delivery.
  • Manage and guide Software Engineers, Architects, and Test Engineers.
  • Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle and resource planning.

Architecture & Engineering

  • Design and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Lead integration with Azure, legacy systems, and third-party platforms.
  • Define architecture standards, patterns, and engineering best practices.

Hands-on Development & Platforms

  • Contribute to development using .NET, C#, JavaScript, Angular/Node.js, and APIs.
  • Build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Support SQL-based systems including Microsoft SQL Server.

Cloud & Integration

  • Deliver solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Build scalable integrations across enterprise systems and services.
  • Support CI/CD and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.
