Genesis10 is currently seeking candidates for our Dev10 Software Developer program. This is a full-time training and placement opportunity that requires relocation anywhere in the continental United States after the initial training period. Dev10 provides a path for individuals with a foundation in technical skills to launch a career in Software Development.

This program offers motivated learners a pathway to gain real-world experience through immersive, paid training in technologies including Java, IntelliJ, MySQL, Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, and React. After training, associates work for up to two years as a consultant on various client engagements. Responsibilities: Complete a 3-4 month immersive, hands-on training program with instruction from Senior Engineers Develop skills in technologies including Java, IntelliJ, MySQL, Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, and React Engage in a two-year client project experience upon successful completion of training Receive support from a Dev10 Manager to navigate corporate culture and support your growth Requirements: Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship Bachelor's degree Programming experience (minimum 6 months) from academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work in one or more of the following: Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12+ months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviation Desired skills: Passion for learning and interest in Software Development Strong logic and reasoning skills Clear communication and collaboration abilities Team-oriented mindset Pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (depending on assigned location after training) This opportunity includes paid training at $600/week for 3-4 months and $2,500 in relocation assistance.
