Job description

Mayvin is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to support the Judicial Security Division (JSD) of the United States Marshals Service (USMS) by building, testing, deploying, and maintaining full stack applications that support investigative and analytic workflows.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Top-Secret with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement investigative/analytic tool, organizational processes, procedures, and policies for passive and interactive online activity
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, implementation, deployment, support, and maintenance
  • Work front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries
  • Identify Internet-managed Attribution Systems, which enable anonymous investigative activities online
  • Identify occupational standards, skill sets, investigative tools, and capabilities for open source/social media exploitation

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science
  • Experience developing web applications using front-end technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React) and back-end technologies such as Node.js and Python
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Azure DevOps
  • Experienced with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB), web server technologies (Apache), and UI/UX design principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting Law Enforcement or intelligence communities
