Full Stack Engineer II
The Full Stack Engineer II designs, develops, and maintains scalable, high-performance web applications by working across both front-end and back-end systems. This role collaborates closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and user needs. At the P2 level, the engineer demonstrates growing expertise in full stack development, handles moderately complex tasks with minimal supervision, and contributes to the overall architecture and process improvements of the engineering team.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Full Stack Engineer II: $75k - $130k, plus annual bonus.
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Full Stack Engineer II Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Develop, test, and deploy features and applications across the front-end and back-end technology stack.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and QA teams to define requirements and ensure deliverables meet functional and technical specifications.
  • Maintain and improve existing applications by troubleshooting, debugging, and refactoring code.
  • Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and performance.
  • Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with security guidelines.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements, automated testing, and deployment processes.
  • Document code, technical designs, and architectural decisions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions that improve product quality or team efficiency.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  • Required Qualifications
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (required).
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience, including both front-end and back-end development.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
    • Experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#).
    • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, database systems (SQL and NoSQL), and ORM frameworks.
