Role: Sr. Engineer / Sr. Technical Consultant

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ 8–12 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, implementation, and technical consulting

✔ Extensive expertise in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules within the ServiceNow platform

✔ Strong experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions using Model Context Protocol (MCP)

✔ Hands-on experience with REST APIs, MID Server, and Spokes-based integrations

✔ Strong proficiency in GlideScript and server-side scripting for ServiceNow customization

✔ Experience designing workflows using Flow Designer and implementing Automated Test Framework (ATF) for testing and quality assurance

✔ Experience leading technical delivery, ensuring solution quality, and mentoring ServiceNow Technical Consultants

✔ Ability to conduct technical discovery sessions with customers and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions

✔ Experience performing peer code reviews, technical guidance, and resolving delivery blockers

✔ Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

✔ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
