The Account Manager is responsible for managing and deepening payer and provider client relationships. This includes identifying opportunities to increase our footprint within assigned clients, handling all client inquiries, working to find solutions to workforce challenges, and managing our internal response to ensure clients are experiencing a positive relationship.

The ideal Account Manager will:


  • Develop a strategic sales plan for assigned client accounts identifying additional revenue streams and sustained account development.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics on assigned accounts.
  • Meet regularly with clients to understand business needs and educate them on our services and workforce solutions through development of presentations and capability overviews.
  • Identify innovative opportunities to improve our client’s workforce challenges.
  • Function as a customer advocate; stay abreast of new technology and trends.
  • Build and strengthen client and key consultant relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and continued account development.
  • Identify and build new customer relationships within existing accounts.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 yrs. experience in a similar role with strong consideration given to a candidate with a background in the IT consulting or recruiting industry
  • Healthcare payer / IT Solutions experience 
  • Bachelor's degree
