Our outpatient office environment supports a modern approach to counseling, utilizing video chat technology for client consultations. • Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat to address mental health issues and support clients in their journey towards better mental well-being.
• Facilitate open discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and life experiences, fostering self-awareness and insight.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them to set and define therapeutic goals while offering guidance throughout their healing process.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions thoroughly and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies and your clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans, allowing for streamlined billing and administrative processes.

The clients you will be serving are prescreened, stable individuals with low-acuity mental health needs. This positions you to work with clients who are ready and willing to engage in therapy, making the therapeutic process much more effective. You’ll have the opportunity to support a diverse range of clients, aligning with your specialties and preferred demographics.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An active independent state license such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong evaluation, decision-making, and treatment planning skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms relevant to mental health counseling.

• Experience in providing therapy in an outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and digital health platforms will be an advantage.
• Background in working with diverse populations and specific demographic groups.
