IT Support Specialist
WhiteWater Express Car Wash | Full-Time | Remote | $55k-$65K
At WhiteWater Express, we are more than just a car wash; we are a company built on respect, communication, and a passion for people. Our dedicated team members are leaders within the company, and we believe that personal growth is the key to our organizational success. If you are a self-starter, motivated, and ready to take on new challenges, we want you to succeed with us, as a part of a rapidly growing business.
Position Overview
We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist. This role plays a key role in keeping our stores running smoothly. In this position, you'll provide remote support to our locations, helping team members with hardware, software, and POS systems. You'll be the go-to problem solver for network, device, and application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
If you enjoy troubleshooting, delivering quick solutions, and supporting people so they can focus on serving customers, this role is a great fit. You'll also manage support tickets and monitor service levels to make sure every request gets the attention it deserves.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and courteously to IT support requests via phone, chat, and the MaintainX system, making sure every issue is addressed and thoroughly documented
  • Troubleshoot a wide range of IT systems, including POS platforms (DRB SiteWatch, Patheon, ICS), networking equipment, and business applications
  • Assist with hardware setup, replacements, and software updates, helping stores stay current and running efficiently
  • Document resolutions clearly so issues can be tracked and referenced, and escalate more complex problems to the right people when needed
  • Prioritize wash-down issues so they're resolved quickly, minimizing any disruption to store operations
  • Maintain a warm, patient, and helpful standard of customer service with store staff, remembering that behind every ticket is a person who needs support
  • Provide remote IT support full-time (100% remote role), staying connected and responsive to stores across the network
  • Lend your skills and perspective to IT projects as they arise, contributing to improvements beyond day-to-day troubleshooting
  • Pitch in on other duties as assigned, with a flexible, team-first attitude

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role - we're also happy to consider a combination of relevant experience and education that adds up to the right fit
  • Working knowledge of control systems, low-voltage systems, networking, and camera systems
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, POS systems, and advanced IT hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you'll be supporting people, not just machines, so patience and clarity go a long way
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to stay calm and methodical under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, or related software

Benefits
  • Salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 (based on experience)
  • Comprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Paid Time Off in addition to Company Paid Holidays
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match
  • Company-Paid Life Insurance
  • Pathways to Advancement
  • Free Weekly Car Washes
