Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to determine clients' needs and goals.
• Providing individualized therapy sessions via video conferencing, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client.
• Documenting session notes and client progress in our secure electronic health record system.
• Collaborating with our billing support team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, allowing you to focus on client care.
• Engaging with clients to develop actionable treatment plans and goals that promote their mental well-being.
• Performing follow-ups to monitor client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Participating in professional development training and team meetings to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, full licensure in Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling professional interactions with clients, families, and administrative personnel.

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Full-time team members may be eligible for a healthcare stipend after meeting specific criteria. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus for newly approved counselors, further incentivizing your transition into our team. Part-time options are also available and can be discussed with our recruiter.
