Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Systems & Contract Operations Analyst to support procurement operations, contract lifecycle processes, and financial accuracy across our organization.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring contract readiness, invoice resolution, pricing accuracy, and audit-ready procurement processes. You will work closely with procurement leadership, senior buyers, and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve system efficiency, and maintain compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage contract packet readiness and ensure completeness prior to activation
Support post-CRC coordination and contract execution processes
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and AP-related issues
Track and manage Workday transactions, purchase orders, and system issues
Assist with requisition backlog management and procurement workflow support
Maintain pricing accuracy and contract data integrity across systems
Generate reports and dashboards for procurement performance and compliance
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Ensure procurement operations remain audit-ready and compliant.
Required Skills
Experience in healthcare procurement, contract operations, or AP/invoice resolution.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred).
Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting/analysis.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage data accuracy and process discipline in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Pay Details: $12.86 to $11.00 per hour
