The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for developing a defined sales territory in overall sales and profitable growth. The Commercial Account Manager is also responsible for the successful management of Commercial & Mechanical contractors in a variety of geographical areas, primarily in but not limited to Southern Wisconsin.

This position will serve our Design Air customers, located in Kimberly, WI. This position can be fully remote, but must be based near a major US city, per Rheem's Remote Working Policy. Our ideal candidate will be based in Kimberly, West Allis, or Madison, WI.

  • Oversee commercial projects of all sizes with assistance from Commercial/Engineering department
  •  Develop sales territory to meet and exceed profitability goals as defined by the strategic plan, annual sales budget, and desired levels of market penetration for overall volume, margin, and product line
  • Assess and monitor competition in the territory to identify potential or lost business
  • Meet with customers to sell products and services, establish relationships, and solve problems
  • Conduct data analyses to key accounts/prospects to measure performance
  • Achieve successful outcomes through the application of a consultative sales process, providing solutions to business problems
  • Coordination and management of commercial projects through the inception, life cycle and closeout of said projects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files relating to customer contact, details, and promotional activities 
  • Maintain outstanding levels of customer service
  • Support corporate efforts for safety, technology, compliance, and all other company procedures
  • Other related duties as assigned
