Overview
Job Title: Infor LN Cloud Developer
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $90,000-$140,000/yr (DOE and region candidate is living in)
We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Cloud Developer with strong expertise in LN Tools, Infor ION, and functional depth across Infor LN Operations and Finance modules. This role requires a hybrid skill set spanning solution design, configuration, technical development, integrations, troubleshooting, and business process optimization within the Infor LN Cloud ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
  • Lead functional analysis, solution design, and configuration within LN Operations (Manufacturing, Inventory, Planning, Procurement) and Finance (GL, AP, AR, Costing).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable LN Cloud solutions.
  • Perform gap analysis, create functional design documents, and support system enhancements.
  • Support end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT), training, and production deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend best practices within LN Cloud.

Technical Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain applications using LN Tools, including:
    • DAL, BODs, Workflow
    • Reports (BIRT), Forms, Mongoose (if applicable)
    • Custom sessions and extensions
  • Design, configure, and optimize integrations using Infor ION, including:
    • Document flows
    • API/BOD mappings
    • Connection points and monitoring
  • Support data migration activities: data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
  • Analyze system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate fixes with Infor support as necessary.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor LN (preferably Cloud Edition).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong techno-functional expertise across LN Operations and Finance modules.
  • Proficient in Infor ION, LN Tools Development, and BOD-based integrations.
  • Solid understanding of business processes in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Experience with LN extensions, customizations, scripts, and workflows.
  • Ability to write functional and technical specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with business users, IT teams, and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Factory Track, Infor OS, or Mongoose is a plus.
  • Prior involvement in LN Cloud migration or upgrade projects.
  • Knowledge of PLM integrations (Infor PLM or Windchill) is a plus.
  • Experience working in an aerospace, manufacturing, or high-compliance environment (optional based on industry).
