Iron Mountain is seeking a temporary motivated and experienced Finance Subject Matter Expert to join our Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the critical transformation of billing, settlement, and business intelligence systems to ensure global financial integrity and scalability.

You will join a high-impact team of strategic architects dedicated to bridging the gaps between Finance, Information Technology, and Operations to optimize our global cash conversion cycle.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Systems Architecture and Integration: Map end-to-end billing and settlement workflows and lead the integration of global operational, accounting, and inventory management systems to harmonize data models across the business unit.
  • Drive Financial Intelligence and Margin Analysis: Design and implement global frameworks for real-time inventory tracking and asset valuation to provide granular Profit and Loss transparency across various geographic regions and business channels.
  • Govern Audit, Risk, and Compliance: Perform structured diagnostic reviews of regional invoicing systems to ensure robust revenue recognition, establish approval frameworks, and optimize the timeline from asset receipt to cash collection.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Finance or Finance Transformation, specifically within the Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD) or Asset Lifecycle Management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or Oracle) and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Proven ability in managing financial integrations following Mergers and Acquisitions, including navigating complex multi-entity environments and designing data models for margin analysis.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and translate complex financial requirements for technical and operational teams.
