Are you prepared to direct NVIDIA's new Operations Regional Inventory Control (ORIC) team in North America. As a Senior Manager, Operations Regional Inventory Control, located in Houston, you will ensure inventory accuracy that underpins our financial close and fulfillment targets.

Reporting to the North America Operations leader, you will work closely with the Operations Global Inventory Control (OGIC) Hub, Manufacturing Partners, and Finance. This exceptional opportunity lets you manage a diverse, distributed team and raise inventory control standards. What You'll Be Doing: Finding ways for people, processes, and technology to interact more effectively, and developing the programs, tools, and abilities that support the team's progress.

The existing performance level is viewed as a foundation, not a maximum. Uniting a distributed team around shared standards to ensure consistent execution across every North America site. Recruiting, developing, and leading Senior Inventory Control Analysts across Guadalajara, Mexico; San Jose, California; Houston, Texas; and Fort Worth, Texas.

Owning monthly book-to-book (B2B) attestation as regional Preparer and coordinating blind cycle count programs per OPSMC74008 W.4 standards. Maintaining first-pass accuracy at or above 90% and bringing up unresolved issues to the OGIC Hub within 24 hours. Prioritizing site customer concerns, classifying variances, and tracking open issues to a 10-day close rate of at least 80%

Confirming corrective action closure in the RCA log within 30 days in partnership with Manufacturing Partners. Reporting North America ORIC important metrics to the Hub PM; driving improvement across FIFO enforcement, timely receiving, and MRB resolution. What we need to see: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a Master's degree or equivalent experience and/or APICS / CPIM / CSCP certification is a plus.

10 or more years of operations experience in inventory control, supply chain, or manufacturing partner management within high-tech hardware; 5+ years of experience leading a team Proven experience leading multi-site inventory control teams and managing analysts across manufacturing partner locations. Deep expertise in cycle count program management, book-to-book reconciliation, and adjustment workflows. Solid ERP and WMS proficiency in SAP or Oracle; strong Excel and Google Sheets capability.

Working knowledge of consignment inventory models. Track record of advancing capability through investment in people development and process redesign. Ability to build cohesion across distributed teams through shared expectations and accountability.

Candidates must be able to work onsite in Houston, Texas prior to starting. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Consistently improves performance by aligning people, process, and technology toward a higher standard. Builds teams that operate with the same rigor and standards whether the manager is present or not.

Earns credibility with Finance and Manufacturing Partner teams through transparency and follow-through. Translates variance data into process changes that produce lasting improvement.
