Job Summary

The Administrative Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of administrative and clerical staff. This position ensures office operations run efficiently, administrative procedures are followed, and internal support services are delivered in a timely, organized, and professional manner.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of administrative and clerical staff.
  • Assign work schedules, establish priorities, and monitor completion of administrative tasks.
  • Train and onboard new administrative employees on company procedures, office policies, and workflows.
  • Maintain and improve office administrative procedures, filing systems, and recordkeeping practices.
  • Ensure the accuracy, organization, and maintenance of company files, records, and internal documentation.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing and replenishment activities as needed.
  • Prepare routine administrative reports related to office operations and departmental performance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between management and administrative support personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Assist management in improving administrative processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Support day-to-day office operations while promoting effective communication and teamwork.
