Successful State Farm Agency of 45 years is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the part-time role of a hybrid remote/in-office Licensed Customer Service Representative. We seek an licensed energetic professional interested in helping our business continue to grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.
This role requires exceptional relationship building, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. The best candidate understands the State Farm Agency model and has market area operations acumen.
This hybrid remote position is only available to candidates who meet the following criteria:
  1. Must have prior State Farm or other related insurance experience
  2. Must have an active Property and Casualty license
  3. Must be able to work part-time from home and in-office at our agency office location in Frankfort, IL

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
