Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist with SOTI MobiControl and VMware AirWatch/Workspace ONE experience to join our IT team. In this role, you will take ownership of our mobile device ecosystem, ensuring secure, efficient, and user-friendly mobile device deployment and support. You will be instrumental in maintaining device compliance, managing applications, and enabling a seamless mobile workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
MDM Platform Management
• Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices through SOTI MobiControl and VMware AirWatch/Workspace ONE.
• Define and maintain device profiles, security policies, and compliance rules to ensure adherence to corporate standards.
• Optimize MDM workflows for device enrollment, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management. Security & Compliance
• Implement and enforce security policies, including encryption, passcode enforcement, remote wipe, and data loss prevention.
• Monitor compliance dashboards and address non-compliant devices swiftly to reduce security risks.
• Collaborate with IT security to implement and refine mobile device security strategies in alignment with organizational policies. Application Deployment & Management
• Package and deploy mobile applications to user devices, ensuring proper licensing, configuration, and updates.
• Provide guidance to business units on application requirements and integrations for mobile workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application installation and performance issues. User Support & Experience
• Act as a primary escalation point for complex mobile device issues, providing technical guidance and support.
