Job Title: Senior platform engineer, CryptoArmor

Job Summary:

Are you an experienced software engineer looking for a role in a dynamic and rapidly growing company? CryptoArmor is looking for an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to join our team to design, build, and maintain our private, secure platform. This Senior Platform Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing robust, resilient, and secure platform infrastructure, and making sure that the platform performs to our customers' and company’s needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a secure and efficient infrastructure platform to support our products and services

• Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of our platform

• Develop tools to monitor and assess performance, reliability, and operational health of our platform

• Coordinate with other teams to develop enough resources to manage the platform and services

• Develop security controls to protect the platform

• Apply best practices of architecture, coding, and reusable components

• Document system architectures and process flows

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 3-5+ years of experience deploying, managing, and maintaining large-scale production systems, including cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

• Expert-level experience developing and deploying software in Python, JavaScript, and other programing languages

• Experience with Microservices and Web frameworks such as Flask, Django, and Express

• Knowledge of DevOps processes with experience automating databases, applications, networks, and other infrastructure using popular tools such as Terraform and Ansible

• Ability to work in fast-paced and complex environments while maintaining a customer focus

• Professional certifications in cloud computing, e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity of blockchain technologies, distributed ledgers, and cryptocurrency protocols

• Experience deploying Kubernetes-based clusters

• Experience with security and authentication protocols
