• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status, strengths, and needs of patients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.
• Employ evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help patients address their concerns and develop coping strategies.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and allied health professionals to create and implement coordinated care plans that address each patient’s holistic needs.
• Engage patients and their families in understanding their diagnoses, treatment options, and medication implications, fostering a collaborative environment of transparency.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adjusting techniques to match the specific needs and dynamics of patients and their support systems.
• Design and develop patient-centered treatment plans that incorporate individual goals, preferences, and unique challenges, ensuring a collaborative process with the treatment team.
