This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility while ensuring accessibility for our clients. As a clinician at our detox center, you will work within a collaborative virtual team committed to delivering responsive and effective care. You will utilize digital tools and telehealth methods to reach clients in need, ensuring comprehensive support no matter where they are located.

The LICSW will play an essential role in our clinical team, with responsibilities including:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients experiencing mental illness and severe emotional disorders to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Engaging positively with clients and their families to establish trust and maintain open lines of communication.
• Providing individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to the unique challenges faced by clients.
• Implementing evidence-based practices to deliver focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services.
• Create integrated care plans, ensuring connectivity between clients and necessary services to facilitate their holistic recovery.
• Participate in crisis intervention as required, applying best practices to address urgent client needs.
• Ensuring adherence to professional ethical guidelines and the organization's code of conduct, while acting as a vital team member pursuing common goals.
• Monitoring client progress and outcomes, ensuring timely adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Completing documentation and reporting accurately and punctually, contributing data for quality improvement initiatives.

The Client Social Worker will primarily focus on individuals in detoxification programs, including those facing substance use challenges, co-occurring disorders, and severe emotional difficulties. Our client base reflects the diversity of our community, with a focus on servicing those from underserved populations who may encounter barriers to accessing traditional mental health services.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work and current LICSW certification.
• Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies for mental health populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience in a diverse clinical setting, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity in client interactions.
• Expert knowledge in crisis management, risk assessment, and treatment planning.

A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is preferred. Experience working directly with detoxification or substance use populations is highly advantageous.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 – 85,000, commensurate with experience.
