• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that employ best practices in mental health care.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to address client concerns and enhance their coping strategies.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely records in compliance with all federal and state regulations, including health care coding standards, documentation requirements, and confidentiality laws.
• Collaborate effectively with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care, including regular case discussions and treatment strategy meetings.
• Facilitate case consultations and engage in peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care we offer our clients.
• Empower patients and their families by providing education regarding mental health issues, resources, and coping strategies to support recovery and well-being.
• Stay current with developments in mental health research and methodology to continually improve therapeutic outcomes for clients.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from varying backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington state.
