• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in compliance with the Code of Ethics of the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association to establish trust and safeguard client information.
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans with clear goals and strategies to support client recovery.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans under clinical supervision, ensuring progress is documented in detail through accurate and contemporaneous notes including treatment plan updates, daily progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions, using evidence-based methodologies to engage clients and promote emotional healing.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, as well as meetings with family members and other relevant parties to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Regularly participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to promote ongoing professional development and a shared understanding of client needs and organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with community resources, making referrals as necessary to support client access to essential services.
• Collaborate with volunteers, interns, and other staff members to plan activities that meet distinctive client needs while encouraging community integration.

The primary clientele for this position includes individuals navigating perinatal mental health challenges, along with those facing a variety of mental health disorders. Your role will be pivotal in providing psychoeducation, therapy, and community resource navigation, allowing clients to gain insight into their circumstances and access support tailored to their unique situations.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• A valid state-issued social work license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory as per Washington state regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring collaborative treatment approaches.
• Excellent communication skills, characterized by a capacity to listen empathetically and share information clearly with clients and team members.
• History free of medical malpractice claims, validated through a third-party check.
• Authorization to work in the United States is necessary.

• Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient mental health setting.
• Familiarity with Medicaid, JCAHO standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in providing mental health services to diverse populations.
