• Conduct short-term, evidence-based therapy through live video, catering to clients with a myriad of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and needs, formulating tailored treatment plans based on their unique situations.
• Guide clients in setting clear, achievable goals and equip them with effective problem-solving tools and coping skills.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in regular supervisory sessions and collaborative team meetings to discuss case management and share best practices.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current, valid licensure to practice in the State of California as either an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Must be a California resident or willing to relocate to California.
• Strong understanding of behavioral health issues and a commitment to the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of direct mental health counseling experience in a clinical or community setting, preferably utilizing a telehealth model.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions regarding clinical interventions with minimal supervision.
• Expertise in a particular area of mental health, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based approaches, is a plus.
