• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions to clients experiencing significant mental health challenges.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of clients.
• Engage with clients through individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling to foster growth and recovery.
• Participate in regular case reviews and collaborate with colleagues to enhance clinical practices and client outcomes.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, ensuring that all interactions are culturally competent and sensitive.
• Maintain client documentation in accordance with agency standards and ensure timely submission of reports, data, and other administrative requirements.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Participate in committees and training sessions aimed at improving service delivery and clinical standards.

Your clientele will primarily consist of individuals from under-served communities who exhibit symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disturbances. This role emphasizes cultural humility and understanding the diverse backgrounds of clients, which is vital in establishing trust and effectively supporting their mental health journeys.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license to practice in California.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly with diverse populations.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively work within a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Commitment to ethical practices and adherence to professional codes of conduct.

• Experience working with clients facing issues such as trauma, substance use disorders, and dual diagnoses.
• Familiarity with community resources, referral processes, and integrated healthcare approaches.
• Previous experience with telehealth services and relevant technology platforms.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
