Job description

Premier Disability Services, a division of Internet Brands. We are seeking qualified Call Center Representatives to join our high-volume call center team based in Minneapolis, MN.

Premier Disability Services, LLC is a full-service social security disability advocacy firm. We assist individuals in successfully obtaining their Social Security Disability benefits. Each month, our office is contacted by thousands of Americans needing assistance with their disability claim to assist over 100,000 individuals in filing their applications successfully. Premier Disability Services is looking for Call Center Representatives to join our growing Minneapolis, MN-based team! This is an entry-level role that will allow you to learn best practices and become familiar with effective communications with lawyer clients. Premier Disability Services, LLC, Center Representatives have the opportunity for long-term advancement - all while changing people's lives for the better.
About this Role
In this role, you will provide high-quality phone support to attorney clients. You'll follow an established process to gather information, document responses, and follow up with potential new clients on a regular basis.
Compensation: $16/hr (remote) OR $20/hr (onsite in MN) with the opportunity to earn up to $500/month in performance-based bonuses.
Hiring States: Onsite in Minnesota OR Remote in Georgia, Iowa, Texas, South Dakota, Kansas
Work Location:
Minnesota (Brooklyn Park): Onsite only - Pay Starts at $20/hr
All other listed states: Remote - Pay starts at $16/hr
Terms: Full-Time, hourly, non-exempt
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST
Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services
  • Answer incoming calls from potential clients
  • Providing accurate information to clients regarding their case
  • Convey the benefits of the Premier Disability services
  • Gather information, document responses, and keep a detailed record of all customer interactions in our CRM database
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude
  • Active listening skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle client objections and de-escalate challenging situations
  • Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and using Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) in a proficient manner
  • Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills at least 50 WPM
