The application support team is NOT a 1st line helpdesk; its mission is to solve highly complex issues for customers in an ever-changing environment.
You will be the last line of defense between customers and chaos. The investigative developer we are looking for has the following characteristics: Software developer with an eye to improve the system Problemโsolving skills: you can identify problems, analyze them, make them disappear 2+ years of experience on the job or side projects Strong collaboration skills to provide quick and accurate feedback to customers Able to shift gears in a rapid changing environment: agility is key Who are we looking for? A software developer that can collaborate with his fellow software developers and the customers.
Experience as part of an application support team (2nd/3rd line support) Expert in C# and .NET Handsโon experience in web app development with ASP.NET and MSSQL Able to work as a team player in an international environment Excellent English and German communicator, written and spoken; any other language is a plus What's in it for you?
