Qualifications
- 1+ year of coaching experience as a Business or Life Coach
- 5+ years of professional experience and demonstrated success in your respective field/industry
- An active and accredited coaching certification is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in the English language
- B.A/B.S Degree or equivalent
- Ability to coach with CoCaptain for a minimum of 2 hours per week
- Proficiency with computer software including video conferencing and scheduling applications
- In addition to a professional working environment, you need to have Internet access with at least 2,500 Kbps upload and 2,500 Kbps download (ideally 8,000 Kbps for both to maintain good quality), a PC or laptop with a webcam and microphone, and updated versions of Google Chrome or Firefox or Safari. Benefits
- Coaches can set their own fee per session
