• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs, integrating their feedback into the process.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions through a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies, ensuring a tailored approach to each client's situation.
• Collaborate closely with clients to help them explore and refine coping strategies, enhancing their capacity to manage symptoms in daily life.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring clarity and professionalism in documentation.
• Engage in regular supervision, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities to foster professional growth and enhance clinical skills.

This role involves working with a diverse population of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will be expected to demonstrate cultural competence and adaptability when interacting with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive environment that acknowledges and respects their unique experiences.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist is essential.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for serving the mental health community.

• Prior experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, or groups.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
