• Perform case management duties including gathering client information, assessing needs, and linking clients to appropriate community resources.
• Deliver effective counseling services in alignment with program requirements and funding stipulations.
• Engage actively in team meetings, contributing insights based on your clinical experience to enhance program development and client care processes.
• Respond to after-hours calls and participate in on-call rotations, as necessary, following agency protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that meets agency billing expectations while minimizing paperwork where possible.
• Provide culturally and linguistically sensitive interactions that cater to the diverse populations served.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as schools and community agencies, to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

You will work with a broad demographic that includes infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, each requiring tailored therapeutic approaches. • A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is essential for this position.

• Commitment to maintaining the highest level of client privacy and adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding mental health care.

• Demonstrated experience in case management and workforce collaboration in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with billing practices and documentation standards specific to mental health services.
• Prior involvement in integrated service delivery, particularly in remote environments.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 yearly, reflecting the expertise and dedication of our staff. In addition, we offer:
