Key Responsibilities May Include:
Work closely with senior business stakeholders, the Digital Communications Manager and the Change and Transformation Comms Lead to design and execute Digital and Transformation internal change communications strategies and plans.
Lead the design and delivery of communications campaigns which support the wider Transformation and Digital communications strategy and plans.
Create and deliver a wide range of content across internal communication channels (such as news articles, SharePoint sites, videos, visual materials and virtual events) which inspire audiences and drive employee engagement.
Partner and collaborate with stakeholders within the Digital and Transformation teams and across the business to deliver creative, engaging communications.
Build strong networks within the Digital and Transformation teams and across the business to drive collaboration, align messaging, share resources and deliver joined-up communications.
Work with regional communication and marketing teams to adapt and tailor global messaging and materials for diverse audiences, including external audiences.
Measure impact and proactively assess communication effectiveness by identifying and analysing key metrics and creating and applying best practices.
Proactively seek feedback and input from stakeholders to refine and constantly improve communication effectiveness.
