This role is designed for an experienced SEO professional ready to drive high-impact organic growth strategies within a fast-scaling, performance-driven digital environment. You will take ownership of advanced SEO initiatives across multiple international projects, focusing on traffic acquisition, monetization, and experimentation in highly competitive markets. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring both analytical depth and technical SEO expertise. You will collaborate closely with marketing, development, content, and link-building teams to deliver scalable SEO systems. Accountabilities:
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify new SEO opportunities, growth angles, and scalable acquisition strategies across international markets.
  • Develop, optimize, and scale SEO-driven assets such as review sites, satellite projects, and niche domains to maximize organic traffic and revenue potential.
  • Define SEO architecture including site structure, internal linking, and content optimization strategies to improve rankings and user engagement.
  • Prepare detailed briefs for copywriters, designers, developers, and link-building teams, ensuring accurate execution and alignment with SEO strategy.
  • Perform technical SEO audits, identify critical issues, and implement solutions to improve crawlability, indexing, and overall site health.
  • Build, manage, and scale PBN networks while monitoring performance, rankings, and traffic metrics across multiple projects.
  • Experiment with advanced SEO techniques including indexing strategies, automation scripts, and unconventional growth methods.
  • Oversee link-building performance, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with overall SEO objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of commercial SEO experience with a strong focus on Google search optimization in competitive and high-intensity niches such as iGaming.
  • Proven track record of successful SEO projects in grey or highly competitive industries (e.g., gambling, betting, adult, pharma, or similar verticals).
  • Strong practical knowledge of advanced SEO methodologies including parasite SEO, doorway strategies, PBN management, and expired domain utilization.
  • Deep understanding of Google algorithms, ranking signals, penalties, and recovery strategies from search filters.
  • Solid grasp of SEO's impact on conversion, monetization models, and affiliate-driven business structures.
  • Ability to independently design and execute SEO strategies from planning to implementation.
  • Experience working with in-house SEO teams, freelancers, and distributed contributors.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher for market research and content coordination in international environments.
