Your primary focus will be on patients who face complex challenges due to both mental health and medical conditions. This includes individuals experiencing chronic pain, those with co-occurring substance use disorders, and members of the community with autoimmune diseases. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Proven ability to meet the mental health needs of clients with concurrent medical issues, exemplifying sensitivity and skill.

• Experience in delivering integrated care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both colleagues and patients.

• A commitment to ethical practice, able to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency with necessary computer applications.

• At least 2 years of experience working in mental health, particularly in settings involving integrated care.
