Rise and Recover Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team on a full-time basis. • Conduct thorough intake assessments to establish a clear understanding of clients' mental health concerns and treatment requirements.
• Develop contextually sensitive treatment plans that reflect collaboration with clients, incorporating evidence-based methodologies and best practices in counseling.
• Maintain ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness, modifying approaches as needed to enhance client outcomes.
• Provide compassionate, engaging, and ethical counseling services while fostering an environment of trust and safety for clients.
• Facilitate client referrals to additional healthcare professionals or specialists when necessary to ensure comprehensive support.
• Stay current with the latest developments in counseling techniques and practices to enhance the quality of care provided.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of each client, fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages them to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgmental space.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent as mandated by New Jersey regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport quickly with clients.
• Experience in tailoring treatment to meet the individualized needs of clients, employing diverse therapeutic modalities.
• A commitment to ethical practice and a willingness to collaborate with other mental health professionals.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience, especially within a community health or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to welcome you to our team!
