The role of a Licensed Professional Counselor at Anchor Health Counseling is designed to be fully remote, empowering you to conduct sessions from anywhere while supporting a balanced lifestyle. • Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, fostering trust and professional relationships through ethical practices and clear boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess progress, discuss stability, and coordinate discharge planning as clinically appropriate.
• Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their specific mental health needs and goals.
• Document client interactions meticulously, including detailed progress notes and follow-up assessments to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine the appropriate treatment pathway for each client.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Anchor Health, you will serve a diverse and multifaceted client population encompassing adults, children, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions, adapting your approach to meet each client's unique needs.

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a similar field is required.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is necessary.
• Proficient in the use of technology, including RMS systems and familiar software such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, comfortable with conducting thorough intake assessments.

Though not mandatory, candidates with experience in virtual therapy platforms or those possessing specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care or family systems therapy will find their skills particularly valued in our practice. Familiarity with collaborative care models and previous experience in interdisciplinary team settings are also advantageous.

Anchor Health Counseling offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 based on experience and performance within a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment ahead of collections.
