Full-Time LCSW Counselor | Remote Therapy Role Serving Kentucky Clients

Location: Kentucky
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This remote therapy position is designed for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants to focus on client care in a professional, organized telehealth setting. The LCSW will provide therapy to clients across Kentucky, helping them address mental health concerns, life stress, trauma history, relationship concerns, and emotional challenges.

The role includes a mix of clinical assessment, ongoing counseling, treatment planning, and documentation. You will support clients through regular sessions and help them make progress in ways that are realistic, measurable, and relevant to their lives.

Responsibilities

  • Hold scheduled teletherapy sessions with clients in Kentucky
  • Complete intake appointments and determine clinical needs
