• Manage a diverse caseload while establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries with clients.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address concerns, and plan for discharges when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with clients’ therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes in accordance with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and facilitate appropriate service planning.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and ensure the delivery of ethical care.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated treatment approaches for clients.
• Adopt a growth mindset, constantly seeking to enhance skills, contribute positively to the team dynamics, and improve client outcomes.

In your role as an LPC at Renewed Hope Behavioral Health, you will serve a diverse demographic of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our client population benefits from a holistic approach to therapy, which encompasses therapeutic counseling, clinical research participation, and potential psychopharmacological interventions tailored to individualized needs. The remote setting allows you to engage with clients who may otherwise face barriers to accessing mental health care.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficient in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfortable and experienced in conducting intake assessments and utilizing therapeutic modalities.
• Strong familiarity with digital tools such as RMS systems, Excel, and Outlook.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, reflecting your expertise and contributions to our mission.
