Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload, nurturing therapeutic relationships with clients while adhering to established professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, facilitating discussions on stability, therapy goals, and planning for discharge when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that are tailored to each clientโ€™s needs and aspirations.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports, to ensure continuity of care.
  • Perform intake assessments to effectively evaluate new clients and determine appropriate treatment paths.

  • Participate in individual supervision sessions aimed at professional growth and skill enhancement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
