• Manage a diverse caseload, nurturing therapeutic relationships with clients while adhering to established professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, facilitating discussions on stability, therapy goals, and planning for discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s needs and aspirations.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports, to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform intake assessments to effectively evaluate new clients and determine appropriate treatment paths.
• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions aimed at professional growth and skill enhancement.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive client care.
• Adopt a growth mindset, actively seeking to improve personal practice and contribute to the wider team’s learning.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base that includes children, teens, adults, and families. Each client comes with their unique challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and familial issues. You will be instrumental in providing accessible mental health support through remote platforms, extending quality care beyond traditional settings and into the homes of our clients.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Must possess an unrestricted, independent, and current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficiency in computer systems including spreadsheet software (Excel), clinical reporting systems (such as RMS and PIMSY), and communication tools (Outlook).
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Competence in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling best practices.
• Experience in integrating psychopharmacological solutions within counseling frameworks.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and methodologies.

Our competitive compensation package offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
