This role is designed to blend convenience and professionalism, with the majority of work conducted remotely. Although much of your work will be from home, you will also collaborate within an outpatient office, sharing values and resources with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care. Our team emphasizes a healthy work-life balance, making it easier for clinicians to manage their caseloads while contributing meaningfully to the mental health community.

• Manage a caseload of clients, including establishing therapeutic alliances and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and consistently monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs.
• Document client sessions thoroughly, including detailed progress notes and intake assessments to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in weekly individual supervision to reflect on client interactions and enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care to clients.
• Maintain a growth mindset by pursuing continued education and seeking opportunities for professional development.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Elmira Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing various mental health challenges. Your ability to connect with individuals from different backgrounds and with varying degrees of therapeutic needs will be essential, as your work will directly influence their path towards recovery and enhanced well-being.

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted LPC license in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting following the completion of your graduate studies.
• Proficiency in using technology and clinical management software, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
• Experience conducting intake assessments and providing individual and family psychotherapy services.

• Demonstrated experience in developing treatment plans that incorporate client feedback for continuous improvement.
• A background in crisis intervention and tailored support strategies is a plus.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches that serve a wide range of mental health issues.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our Fee-for-Service model ensures that you are paid ahead of collections, eliminating the waiting period for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
